Oxford Ai Society Brainstorm / Whitepaper /

Dell Technologies approached me to design the creative for their whitepaper in collaboration with the Oxford AI Society, documenting 10 brainstormed ideas on how emerging AI could shape the current and post-COVID workplace. Working with the Oxford AI team, I produced both print and online materials to highlight the society’s recommendations and their vision of “work redefined” — a balance of remote and office working that boosts employee satisfaction and productivity while reducing costs and environmental impact.
The four brainstorm team members were featured as the faces of the project, appearing on the whitepaper cover and across the supporting social media campaign. On-screen, glitch-style visuals reflected the digital nature of the project and were applied to selected imagery from Dell Technologies’ extensive library. A complementary palette was developed to sit alongside Dell’s signature colours, with a single colour chosen for each of the four sections to clearly differentiate them. Mic 32, a contemporary sans serif typeface was chosen for the campaign, similar to Roboto which is used extensively by Dell but different enough to feel fresh for the new and ongoing project.
Alongside the creative work, I also helped to develop a media strategy, including a targeted digital campaign across social media and AI-focused online publications.
